Context
The client operates in the canned food manufacturing industry, producing a wide range of soups (soup bases, tomato soup, chicken noodle soup, etc.) in multiple formats. Although three production lines were already in place, frequent format changes continued to cause lengthy setup times.
Each changeover could take up to 10 hours, directly impacting output and productivity. In addition, restarts often required significant maintenance intervention, increasing operational strain and labour demand.

NEXRUN provided end-to-end project support, from engineering and design through to control panel fabrication. Once the system was built, our team completed the programming, followed by full testing and validation.
We then deployed on site to commission the new line and provide hands-on support after startup, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid adoption by operations and maintenance teams.
