Our client specializes in industrial baked goods manufacturing. A few months ago, they recognized the need to upgrade their existing production process. While the client was already using two volumetric depositors for cookie dough and frosting, the transport and positioning of the trays were still handled manually. This operational model was suboptimal, leading to production bottlenecks and a lack of consistency.
